Choose your finish?
Birch
Birch face on poplar core plywood is your best choice for a lighter, softer and warmer look. It can make a room look and feel modern and vibrant; however, it can be harder to match your flooring, etc., so you will need an eye for design.
Okoume
Okoume face on poplar core plywood is our darker option, slightly formal yet still has a warm, classic look that is suitably placed on a traditional handcrafted sale boat, living room, gym or garage.
Marine solid Okoume, More durable and rigid. Garages, commercial areas that require high strength shelving or for people like the darker edge look.
Pre polished
You have the option to have the plywood polished or un polished.
We strive for the best finish without filling and sanding every defect. We lightly sand the sheets, then polish, sand again, then one final spray coat of silky matt clear finish that helps absorbs imperfections—leaving the most natural-looking finish possible.

Aluminum framing
4X lengths of custom alloy strapping.
Pre-installed, lightly glued, ready for installation. A sheet of 1.6mm alloy is cut and folded on our steel folder to make this fit for purpose alloy strapping. It makes for a rapid installation as it is pre-drilled and ready.
- Easy to scribe and cut.
- Looks good through the slots.
- Sits 77m down from the top for cables etc.
- 80mm up from the bottom. To avoid your skirting boards and an area for your power cord.
1 panel per meter of wall.
Dimensions
1066mm wide including 4mm negative detail.
- Outside slot to slot is 800mm/3 gaps =266.66mm apart.
- When we measure we generally allow 1 panel per meter of wall.
- Our standard cut height is 2287mm (2290) if requested we can manurfacture at 2400.

Easiest way to install
- Stop take 5 minutes to workout your installation plan and slot layout.
- Place against the wall, on the floor or have a gap for extension cords etc.
- Scribe cutting around windows, power points etc. Temporarily screw to gib, which markets the wall for gib fixings.
- Remove, screw in your gib fixings. optional glue and re install.
- If that sounds to hard hire a can do professional.

Hey, we’ve got a great tool to help you work out your space! Our measuring sheet will help with any essential dimensions like panel size, number, slots, or joins locations – no need to overthink it, though we only need a basic sketch.
KISS & measure
Measuring for your new panels is easy! Simply allow one panel per meter of wall, then round up to the nearest meter. For example, in the picture the wall measured at 3.6 meters. Dividing by 1 meter equals 3.6, which when rounded up to the nearest meter equals 4 panels. Slots and joins are confirmed during installation.

Our insulation is rubbish
Made from 100% recycled polystyrene, which is cut and lightly glued to the back of the panels to give your room a little more sound dampening and thermal efficiency.
Installation
We currently offer installation in the Wellington region, our installer charges $50 per panel for a standard install which you can pay directly. Installations under 6 panels carry an $80 call out fee.
- Ply cut for PowerPoints attached to face. (no allowance for electrical work assuming existing wires reach).
- Windows and doors cut out edges sanded.
- Alloy bracing cut and trimmed
- Panels are floating off the wall, and we aim to continue the effect with a 20mm negative detail.
- Panels fixed through a hidden hole in the ply slot alloy.
Fixing options
- Glue and screw to jib. Fast and strong.
- Gib fixings 6X per panel.
- Screw to existing suitable wall linings.
